Now over 20 years old, ASID-Ozbug is an extremely valuable email discussion group for Australasian ID physicians, clinical microbiologists, public health physicians, their trainees, and others involved in the diagnosis and management of infectious diseases.

ASID Members can see records of past Ozbug discussions via our e-Knowledge searchable database (click here and search using the keyword “Ozbug” in the search box).

How do I join?

Ozbug’s distribution list is only open to ASID Members. To join ASID click here.

How do I post and reply to others' posts?

To make a post on Ozbug, simply email ozbug@asid.net.au.

You can reply to a post via email to either the entire group (click reply to all), or to the sender only (click reply).

Will I be able to find old posts?

If you wish to see the records of past Ozbug discussions, you can do so via our e-Knowledge searchable database (click on this link and search using the keyword “Ozbug” in the search box). ASID Members Only.

NZbug

NZbug is an email network for those interested in infectious diseases and microbiology in New Zealand.There are about 120 New Zealanders on this email network, mainly Infectious Diseases Specialists, Microbiologists, Laboratory Scientists, Paediatricians with an interest in Infectious Diseases and Registrars.

OzHep

OzHep is an email discussion group, similar to OzBug, but about viral hepatitis. OzHep is a joint initiative of the ASID VHSIG and also the ALA (Australian Liver Association).
