Accomodation at the resort consists of 200 luxurious villas with a generous choice of one, two or three bedroom accommodation. Each villa also comes with all the creature comforts, including air conditioning and heating, private bathrooms, large living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen with refrigerator (or a kitchenette in our one bedroom villas), tea and coffee making facilities and high tech entertainment units with satellite television. When you’re ready for a breath of fresh air, our signature balconies within each villa boast breathtaking views overlooking the Hunter Valley Wine Country.
The two and three bedroom villas offer wonderfully spacious interiors. They are an excellent idea for those looking to save on accommodation costs and are large enough for each person to maintain their privacy.
The two bedroom villas contain two bedrooms each with their own ensuite upstairs and a generously proportioned lounge, dining, kitchen and deck downstairs, with seating for four.
The three bedroom villas contain one bedroom with ensuite and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom upstairs. Downstairs consists of a generously proportioned lounge, dining, kitchen and deck with seating for six.

Once registration is available if you wish to share, there will be an opportunity for you to nominate who you wish to share the 2 or 3 bedroom villas with. If you do not have specific people you wish to share with but would like to save money by sharing, we will be offering an allocation service. One bedroom apartments will be very limited due to the nature of the resort accommodation.
