For administrative purposes, a Business Committee will be formed from ANZMIG members. This committee will attend ANZMIG meetings and carry out the business of ANZMIG.
Membership: The Business Committee will consist of ANZMIG members who volunteer participation in the organization of and promotion the vision, of ANZMIG and who are endorsed by other ANZMIG members.

Executive: This will consist of a Chairperson, a Co-chairperson and a Secretary each elected for a 2 year term. Every two years, at the last ANZMIG business meeting, the Chairperson, Co-chairperson and Secretary of the Business Committee will be elected from members of the Business Committee. If there are no new nominations for a position, and if there is agreement from the Business Committee, an incumbent may be elected for a successive term.
Decisions: All decisions made at the Business Meetings of the full group will be arrived at by consensus.
