Waiting List

The maximum capacity has been reached but you can still enter your name on a waiting list. People on the waiting list will be notified by Wednesday 10 March whether a place has become available. The course fee of $6,600 is an all-inclusive fee (excluding airfare). The fee includes

The registration fee has been confirmed at A$6,600. For those who have paid the A$990 deposit the balance of A$5,610 will be payable. The fee is all-inclusive for the course, 4 nights’ accommodation (in a double occupancy room), all meals and drinks. Travel is not included. Travel and meals for any accompanying persons is not included - an accompanying person’s rate has been set to cover meals (see travel & accommodation page).

Everyone that has registered for the deposit has now been sent an email with the instructions on how to pay the outstanding balance and confirm your requirements for the course. Please ensure this form is completed and payment is made by Friday 23 April 2010.

Please ensure your flights are booked before confirming your requirements and paying the outstanding balance through the steps below.

You will be asked to confirm the following details:

  1. Confirm your contact details. Please note you will posted course documents so please ensure the postal address is correct.
  2. Indicate any dietary or special requirements
  3. Complete your flight details in order to confirm your transfers to and from the airport. You have the opportunity to organise additional transfers for accompanying persons here if required.
  4. Confirm accommodation requirements. You will have to opportunity to pay for additional nights or organise breakfast for your accompanying person.
  5. Select if you require any accompanying persons dinners or tours.
  6. Confirm all the details are correct and submit your requirements to the course secretariat.

The course secretariat will check over your registration and additional requirements before sending through an outstanding invoice with payment methods. All payments must be received by Friday 23 April 2010.

Conditions

Confirmation of registration and payment will be made in writing. If you do not receive your acknowledgement please contact the conference secretariat. For registrations paid by organisations, please check with your accounts department to confirm that the registration form and payment have been forwarded to the conference secretariat.

Cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing to the secretariat. Cancellations received before 26 February 2010 will receive a refund less 20% administration fee of the deposit paid. Refunds (less administration fee) for cancellations received in writing after 26 February 2010 will be made only in exceptional circumstances. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without incurring any penalty. The conference secretariat must be advised of the transfer in writing. Any outstanding refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the course.

Payment

A cheque, credit card or bank transfer payment will be required to confirm your place in the course. A waiting list is being held for interested participants above the maximum capacity and participants who have not paid their deposit by 26 February or the full payment by 23 April 2010 will have their spot forfeited to the next person (see conditions above).

The registration fee has been confirmed at A$6,600. The deposit of A$990 is required by 26 February and the balance of A$5,610 will be payable by 23 April 2010.
